Care logs, observations and doses are recorded from a phone or a desk by the person who carried out the care, signed with their name or their PIN.
Ready for the inspector
Each night the home's records are read against its regulator's regulations and the evidence for each one is recorded. Each statutory notification carries its own deadline, and an inspection pack can be built for a chosen date range.
The whole home on one page
Each member of staff sees a dashboard for their role. Registers list what needs attention first, and each resident's recorded observations are charted over time.

Built for the phone in a carer's pocket
On a phone, the same product shows five tabs, a Quick Log screen and the medicine round with one card per resident. There is no app to download or install. Open it in the browser and add it to the home screen.

Built to be trusted with a care home's records
An audit trail that keeps every change
Every change to a record is kept with who made it and when. The controlled drugs register and the sign-in and medicines trails are locked against any change and retained for seven years, or eight years for medicines.
Two-factor sign-in and a PIN on every dose
A code from an authenticator app to sign in, and a four-digit PIN each time a medicine is recorded as given.
Hosted in the UK
Records are held on Amazon Web Services in London, encrypted, with daily backups.
Retention you can show
Each record type has its own retention period under UK GDPR, and expired records are purged nightly. A trial run can list the records that would be purged.
