Each regulation is shown with the records that meet it, alongside the registers an inspector requests and an inspection pack built over a date range. Care logs are counted under their regulation. In England these are the CQC's regulations, and in Wales the 2017 Regulations against which CIW inspects.
Every regulation, read every night
Each night the home's records are read against its regulator's regulations (in England, Regulations 9 to 20) and the evidence for each one is recorded. Add a match by hand at any time, and export an evidence pack as PDF or CSV.
The registers, kept properly
Complaints are handled through stage 1 and stage 2. DoLS applications include the notification to the regulator as a tracked step. Duty of Candour is opened from the incident in England. DSARs are tracked against the one-month deadline, and policies record who has signed.
Health and safety on a schedule
Eleven check templates, from the weekly fire alarm test to the LOLER hoist inspection, are scheduled, assigned and completed with evidence attached. A check not completed on time is shown as overdue.
Assurance
An inspection pack over a date range
The pack has nineteen sections under the five key questions. It is built in the background and delivered as one ZIP file. Its contents page states what is included and what could not be produced. A signed assurance report is your own account of the period you choose, with the figures gathered for you and the ratings yours to award.
